Training at Mahindra & Mahindra Farm division, Zaheerabad
A Report on Four-day training to Diploma Apprentice Trainees by Hanumatha Rao & KRS Reddy, October 2022
Preamble
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) Farm Division of Zaheerabad plant approached QCFI, Hyderabad Chapter to impart training to all their Frontline employees comprising a total of 410 covering
- Diploma Apprentice Trainees
- Trainees of National Employability Enhancement Mission
- Permanent Employees
The objective of this programme by M &M is for capability building and Employability enhancement of all frontline employees, viz., Apprentice stream and permanent strength.
16 various topics have been identified by the Management team of M & M and indicated to organize training sessions @ 8 topics per year to the choice of, QCFI, Hyderabad Chapter
QCFI, Hyderabad Chapter team has finalized the content for each topic in collaboration with M & M Team, which includes the duration for each topic.

To start with M&M scheduled one session from 11th to 14th October 2022 to complete training of 50 out of 100 dats(in 2 batches @25 participants/batch), on 8 topics and for which a total four member faculty team conducted training.

Gala of Valedictory Batch 1st-12th October 2022
Mr. Vesta Seetharamayya Plant head has spent around 30 minutes time with the participants on completion of training for 1st batch of 25 DATs on 12th October 2022 at 5:00PM.
He has verified the training effectiveness by asking questions to the participants at random on every topic and expressed his satisfaction with the answers from the participants. He has given away the participation certificates to all 25 members by encouraging each of them.

Mr. Ganesh Kalsait Manufacturing Head has presided over along with Mr. A. Ravi, DGM HR, Mr. Sirish, Head Maintenance and Mr. Madhu Kadeti, Manager HR given away the certificates on completion of training session for 25 dats of 2nd batch.
